Showcase your wins in performance reviews, meetings, 1:1s, impromptu chats and more.
Build relationships where you elevate others— as a mentor, a peer, a team lead.
Show consistency in character and commitment. Let your reputation precede you.
When the right people know who you are, what you stand for, and the impact you deliver, amazing opportunities come your way (vs. you having to chase after them). You've got this!

The Context: My Career Success Fast Track™ client wants to land a new role in her current organization given challenges with her current boss, as well as explore new external opportunities with confidence. She was unsure of how to position her personal brand or story to make this happen faster. The Success: She secured 2 external interviews with ease. Additionally, she has opened up new doors at her current company for her target role in a new department and is actively building out her internal support system to accelerate this next move! The Strategy: We focused on building her personal brand and narrative so that she elevated her self-advocacy, exposure and visibility. We built out her networking plan for 1:1 internal conversations around new growth opportunities in her target department. Finally, we improved her public speaking to become a more confident communicator and instil more trust from her decision-makers influencing her progression.
