🎉 Client case study of the week

The Context: My ​Career Success Fast Track™​ client has been working towards her next-level promotion at her company. Prior to working together, she was focused primarily on doing great work, driving impactful results and being an amazing team player. The issue was that the relationships with her senior leaders (and key decision makers in her progression) were lacking.

​The Success: She completed half of her internal tour to get the buy-in from the senior leaders who hold significant weight on her promotion decision. She has already received their full support which is key in securing her promotion this year and has another 7 on the way!

​The Strategy: We outlined the key influencers in her company where she felt she was lacking a 1:1 relationship. We put together the exact scripts and flow she would follow with each one in having a private conversation about her growth goals in the company. She went in equipped with clear messages and the right questions to ask that allowed for their complete support coming out of each conversation. This is what taking control of your career looks like. You don't wait for things to happen. You make them happen. 💪
