What will you do to make 2025 your breakthrough year?
A new year brings new opportunities to grow and unlock your fullest potential. And 2025 is yours to take. To help you gear up for your career breakthroughs, here’s a simple two-step framework to guide your reflection and planning:
Step 1. Reflect on 2024 with gratitude and intention. → What professional milestones did you achieve, and how did they shape your career? → Which challenges stretched you the most, and what lessons did they leave behind? → What intentional actions led to your biggest wins? → What moments or people are you most grateful for? → What goals or dreams did you not reach, and what can you learn from them?
Step 2. Envision an extraordinary 2025. Dream big. So big it feels a little uncomfortable yet entirely inspiring. Following-up from my last Peak Performers issue, if you knew you wouldn't fail, what bold moves would you go after?
You've got this!
And stay tuned as 2025 is shaping up to be our best year yet as a community. P.S. Now that you’ve gained clarity on what you want, let’s make it happen. We are here to help you fast-track your breakthroughs. Book your free 1:1 call with us to level up in all the best ways!

🌟 Community news
- ✨ As we wrap up 2024, I’m thrilled to share that big things are on the horizon. Inspired by feedback from our clients, alumni and community, my team and I have been working on some incredible new projects, and I can’t wait to reveal them in January. Here’s a little teaser:
→ In-person events to deepen connections and learning together. → My new YouTube video podcast featuring amazing leaders across consumer brands & tech. → A new co-coach—a global VP at one of the world’s most reputable companies in retail/tech/AI. → All new free workshops designed to accelerate your growth and impact. → And so much more!
💡 Top finds of the week
- 🎥 Watch this: I was fortunate enough to meet Alex and Leila Hormozi a few months ago and it now turns out the advice in this video is precisely what allowed me to secure a coveted opportunity of working directly with their investment team. I highly recommend you check this out and if anything, watch at least the very first minute.
- 🎥 Watch this: If you’ve ever struggled with presenting ideas effectively, this short YouTube clip from Simon Sinek is great. He shares how emotional detachment and framing suggestions as contributions—not personal battles—can make you more persuasive and open to feedback.
🎉 Client case study of the week
The Context: Our Career Success Fast Track™ client had previously held herself back from networking and leveraging her existing connections to open up new opportunities. She felt like it would be bothersome to others or come off as a burden, so she didn't do it at all. That said, she simply didn't know how to do it in a way that felt authentic and built meaningful relationships that drove results. The Success: Within a few short weeks, she overcame her fear of reaching out to her network. This resulted in fast tracking her way into an interview process where she has just completed her final round. Additionally, it led her to receive a glowing recommendation from a former SVP she worked with. The Strategy: Together with me and our amazing team of talent and recruitment experts, she leveraged our proven scripts, outreach templates and follow-up strategies to get in front of key decision makers in her network. She was able to practice with us 1:1 first, and this gave her the gift of going second when it came to doing it herself. This built her confidence quickly and levelled up her communication skills to leave an immediate impact on those she reached out to. 🙌
