🎉 Client case study of the week

The Context: After landing her new role through my ​Career Success Fast Track™​ membership, my client wanted to be set up for success as a first-time people manager. The company she entered was also less structured than what she was used to before and there were several opportunities she wanted to action.

​The Success: Within just a few short months in her new role, she's received direct recognition and accolades from her company President and executive team in how she's been managing her team and showing up in strategic meetings. The cherry on top? They've been so impressed with her that they agreed to pay for her membership with us, given the results she's achieved so quickly for her and her team.

​The Strategy: We started by auditing the current status of her team, which team members needed more hands-on support and where she can best delegate to focus on strategic priorities. We also identified where more structure was needed in improving processes, communication and efficiencies. This allowed her to focus on what actually mattered instead of distractions and non-value added work. Through this, she was well prepared for meetings with her executives and able to articulate her results with impact. We also polished her public speaking skills to deliver messages in these meetings to maximize buy-in, while elevating her leadership and influence. 🙌
