  • 🎙 Full circle moment: From avid listener to featured guest. Last week, I flew out to film my first in-person podcast interview with Nathan Barry (CEO and Founder of Kit) on The Nathan Barry Show in Boise, Idaho. It's pretty wild to think that it was just 1.5 years ago that I travelled to New York for the launch event of his very first podcast episode featuring Sahil Bloom. Since then, he's interviewed even more of my favourite creators including Ali Abdaal, Dorie Clark and Mark Manson. So to now have been invited as a guest myself to dive into all things growing a 7-figure coaching business feels absolutely amazing! I can't wait to share the full episode with you once ready. 🎉 Client case study of the week

The Context: Our Career Success Fast Track™ client had initially struggled in finding the right strategy to propel her career forward rather than making lateral career decisions. She wanted to build her confidence and communication, and take on a more senior role. She also needed help selling herself properly.

​The Success: She secured her new role this week with the senior title she wanted and negotiated an even higher salary than her initial expectations. She also already nailed down, in writing, another salary increase to take place within 6 months when they normally only review that after the 1-year mark.
​
​The Strategy: Firstly, we built her confidence through shifting her mindset to embrace possibilities instead of scarcity, 1:1 live practice to get all her reps in for the moments of truth, and nailed down concrete steps to shift away from her limiting beliefs. Secondly, we solidified her personal brand by refining her unique value proposition, optimizing her LinkedIn profile for standout results and 1:1 practice to role play her pitch and framing of accomplishments. Finally, we levelled up her communication skills with daily practice on her interview answers and storytelling, including a mock interview session, and practiced her negotiation skills. Now we get to support her in crushing her first 90 days 🙌
