🎉 Client case study of the week

The Context: My ​Career Success Fast Track™​ client had previously been struggling to nail down the right fit between her career direction and strengths for the next career move. She was aiming for a promotion in seniority level and scope of responsibilities. She was also trying to balance between not settling for anything below her current worth while carrying a realistic mentality given the job market challenges she was facing on her own.

​The Success: This past week, she signed her dream job offer with Microsoft! This happened in less then 8 weeks of working together 🎊

​The Strategy: We focused heavily on activating her network and identifying allies, referrals and recommendations who could fast track her way into an interview process. She also amplified her own thought leadership content on LinkedIn which attracted people to her. This led her to a multi-round interview process with Microsoft, her top company of choice. In preparation, we went deep on refining her exact answers and storytelling to solidify her candidacy for the role. She also leveraged the support with our job search experts through their daily 1:1 office hours to leave no stone unturned in her prep. Finally, we proactively planned for negotiation talks so she would maximize her eventual offer and get paid her worth!
