After years of working with incredibly successful people across industries, I’ve started to notice different patterns and themes emerge. One that I see time and again? They surround themselves with the right inner circle. Peak performers filter their network to have people who uplift, inspire and motivate them to pursue greatness.

And this is why I've created a Friday edition of my newsletter to encourage our community to end every week on a high note, fuelled with ideas and inspiration as to what's possible for you.

Up to now, my focus has been coaching and mentorship programs, facilitated with active support by me. My vision is to now also offer a self-serve course as an immediate solution to major challenges you're facing in your career. • Read this: The Daily Stoic by Ryan Holiday features a daily, one page short read that can uplift your day and change your life. My husband introduced the book to me 4 years ago and I've read it multiple times over since. Kickstart your morning with a single page of inspiration. Definitely worth checking out!

• ​Listen to, or watch this (podcast): In this podcast episode, Nikhyl Singhal (VP at Meta and Google) discusses how to build a meaningful career, strategies on securing promotions and the value of authentic feedback.

🎉 Client win of the week
